Terms and Conditions

In consideration of the acceptance of our entry in Walk2Talk, I and everyone I have registered, waive all claims for ourselves,and anyone entitled to act on our behalf, against The Speech Garden Institute, Inc. (“TSGI”) and any and all sponsors, promoters and volunteers and their representatives, from any claims and liabilities of any kind arising out of our participation. I, and everyone that I have registered, are in proper physical condition to participate in this walk and assume all risks associated therewith. We also give our permission for the free use of our names, likeness, photographs and any recordings of the event in any written account, broadcast or telecast of this event, or for any other legitimate purpose, including without limitation, publication on TSGI’s website and promotional materials. We understand that if the event is canceled because of any circumstances beyond the control of TSGI or decision by Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation to cancel the event, our entry fees will not be returned.
